Refunds / Returns / Exchanges

At Gypsy & Boy we want you to love your purchase just as much as we do. 

But in the event that you receive a faulty product please contact us immediately to arrange return and replacement. We will reimburse return postage costs. In the event that an exact replacement is not available, we'll issue you with a credit or refund.

While every effort will be made to provide you with the product you have requested, if it is unavailable we will contact you to advise you as soon as possible. If an alternative product is deemed unsuitable by you then any payments already made will be refunded immediately. 

What is the return process on faulty products:

• Please contact us within 7 days using our Contact Us form here;
• Item(s) need to be returned within 14 days of notification.

What are my options?

Credit note
Once your return has been received at our office, you will receive an email confirmation with details on how to easily use your credit note which NEVER expires.

Refund
Once your return has been received at our office, your refund will be processed within 1 – 3 business days (please also allow 2 – 4 business days for Australia Post to return your parcel to our office). Please note that it may take 3 – 5 business days for your financial institution to process the funds back to your account once we have processed your refund.

Advertised Goods / Colour Representation

Gypsy & Boy products are made from natural timber and as such, the colour of the real product may vary slightly from the colour of the product displayed on a computer screen. 

Much effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information, opinions and ideas expressed on this website. Similarly, photographs/pictures/visuals are designed to accurately represent the details of products available for sale on the website (including colours etc.). 

However, we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss resulting from reliance upon information or images displayed on this website. We expressly exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties, descriptions, representations or conditions whether implied by law, trade, custom or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim, damages, loss, or expense related to the supply by us of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services and except where statute expressly requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable in any event whether in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by you or any other person.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“the Act”)

If you are a consumer under the Act and you are acquiring or holding yourself out as acquiring the goods for a business purpose, the Act will not apply. Subject to this clause nothing in these terms will affect your rights as a consumer under the Act.
